Canine Progesterone
Canine Progesterone is the most important hormone in female dog reproduction. It can be used to test at ovulation, parturition and other cyclical abnormalities.
Testing the levels of Progesterone is carried out using the Canine Progesterone testing using the Biomerieux MiniVIDAS analyser.
How it works:
The VIDAS principle is based on the interaction of two elements: the coated SPR (Solid Phase Receptacle), containing antigens or antibodies, and the strip, made up of a series of wells containing the correct amount of reagent necessary for the test.

MiniVIDAS can run 12 tests simultaneously. Its compact size and Load-and-Go feature mean rapid testing, and thanks to the included on-board printer, rapid results too.
This is a robust instrument that requires no daily maintenance and minimal training to run the machine.
Reliable results available within 40 mins, and kits come with the parameters, standards, controls and diluents included. It also boasts reagent stability of >12 months.
Infrequent quality control and calibration mean little downtime, so that your machine is available when you need it.
